Accommodation Detail

The house can accommodate up to a maximum of six people in one king, one twin and one bunk room (sleeps two). It has a open plan kitchen and dining area, living room, conservatory and kitchen area. There is a main bathroom with a shower over bath and an additional downstairs WC. 

The Kitchen and Dining Room

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a induction hob, extractor hood,and oven. It also has a dishwasher, microwave and American style fridge freezer, plus all the expected equipment and utensils. There is also a pantry area with plenty of storage for any items you bring. 

The kitchen has a french door opening onto a large terrace with fantastic views towards Cader Idris and Dolgellau. There is a large dining table with seating for six people. A digital radio that also functions as a bluetooth speaker is available for your use. 

There is a separate utility / cloakroom with a second toilet, sink and washing machine.

The Living Room

The living room is funrished with a large 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa and comfy armchair. There is a footstool (with hidden games!), coffee table and gas fire. The TV is a smart TV and content is Freesat. There is also a telescope for you to explore the view. 

Conservatory

Adjoinining the kitchen and dining space is a conservatory with excellent views of the surrounding mountains. There is an electric fire for colder evenings and a large sofa to relax and soak up the view. 

Bathroom

Recently refurbished, the bathroom contains a P-shaped bath with rainfall shower head over. There is a heated towel radiator, large sink unit with inbuilt bluetooth speakers. 

The Bedrooms

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has dual aspect windows looking out to the Cader Idris mountain range. There is a king sized bed, sofa, sink unit and inbuilt storage cupboards. There is also a TV with Freesat.

Twin Room

The middle bedroom has two single beds and views out towards Cader Idris and Dolgellau. There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers. 

Bunk Room

In the end bedroom there are further views towards Cader Idris. There is a bunk beds for 2 people, along with a chest of drawers and hanging rail. There are also a selection of children's books.
